Honey and rosemary chicken:

Honey and rosemary chicken:
 
2 chicken legs (or drumsticks or thighs, skin on)
1 tbsp honey
1 or 2 springs of rosemary, leaves picked and chopped (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
